I am not a fan of grey or garter stitch so you probably won\u2019t find me toiling away on a beige garter stitch shawl.\r\n\r\nI love knitting sweaters and have been designing them in my head for years. As my daughter, an only child, left for college in 2015, I decided to take a running jump into the world of knitting design and teaching. My idea to write a knitting pattern book, once shared with a dear friend, became a reality with the publication of our book Minnesota 52:16 Knits Inspired by the Road.\r\n\r\nI love teaching and have been traveling throughout the US doing workshops and retreats for the past 4 years.
